Terms and conditions for using Number Field

These terms of use ("Terms") apply to the use of the Number Field app ("the App"), developed by MaatInICT B.V. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Number Field is a mathematical puzzle game where you match number pairs. The App is available for iOS devices and is intended for entertainment and educational purposes.

3. License

  • MaatInICT B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS device
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the App
  • All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics and gameplay, belong to MaatInICT B.V.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to circumvent or disrupt the security or functionality of the App

5. Game Center

The App may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. The use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. MaatInICT B.V. is not responsible for the availability or operation of Game Center.

6. Updates and Changes

  • MaatInICT B.V. may release updates to the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs or add new features
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time
  • Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms

7. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied
  • MaatInICT B.V. does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components
  • Use of the App is at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaatInICT B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

9. Termination

MaatInICT B.V. may terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

MaatInICT B.V. reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published on this page.
